Sorry but Angrybird is right. Radio signals can't travel through cell phones. It's a myth that has been busted a long time ago. Feel free to look it up. Also I've had my remote pick up from well over a couple hundred feet so you was still within range.

Ok this is how to set the anti lockout feature, here are some pictures to go by. first you need to push the config button on the radio. then use the right hand knob to select each one of these selections and when you want to select them you push the menu select button until it shows the setting that you want. then hit the back button until it returns to the normal operation.

I have auto-unlock, with option for in park only (I wish it had the option for @ key out like my Avalanche, don't like the car unlocking until I am ready to get out, which isn't always right after I put in park)

I have delayed lock on/off

no anti-lockout.. I wonder why???? maybe a hard top thing, I have a convertible.
It's there I have a 2012 Convertible too...

Oh I know, I looked it up. I could have sworn it was possible, but I was mistaken. It's very strange it did reach at the distance I was at, considering I was in a primarily concrete and steel building. The signal must have gotten out a window somehow.
