Prospeed used to be D3. Lots of folks are running the D3 (now Prospeed) tank.

Like mine, even though Ted says it's just a Big Heat-sink. I know he is right but still like it because it’s really simple to top the system off and purge any air. Also since I have a lift in the summer I just pull the quick disconnect Pin on the lower HX hose open the D3 and bang quick drain.

I then fill with distilled water and a little water wetter for the summer. The best part is when winter comes for storage I just open the D3 and use a manual hand pump and empty the reservoir to a 5 gallon pail. Then add 100% coolant, start and repeat until my coolant tester gets the -20 degree setting.

I'm about to order one this week. I'll probably install it and my afco heat exchanger next week. I'll let you know.

So I received my BK Fab intercooler reservoir yesterday and I'm very pleased with it. Its a nice aluminum reservoir. Its similar to old lingenfelter/rotofab ones. Just its not plastic. Comes with push lock connectors as well. I believe there is just one guy that actually makes these out of Missouri. I'm all for supporting a small business. They are 60-$70 cheaper than prospeed tanks. I like where it mounts better too. Looks like it'll easily hold a half gallon or more of coolant. I'll install it with my afco intercooler in the next few weeks.

Not yet. I was going to do it this memorial day weekend, but the fan on my central air unit took a crap. So maybe next weekend.
