thanks for being awesome! i don't typically take to newbies like that - especially back then you seemed not-noobish enough to tolerate and now you're part of the big brass around here & this place is better for it

as for camping there:
bring gear - check
registration anywhere/letting people around know i'm living on the grounds - ???

Thats probably a good idea. Too many would just be... well... too many

One good thing is that there are several events going on... drag, autox, dyno... maybe that will spread it out. Is the autox running concurrent with drags?

track time for... trucks?? maybe...
you can drag race..but i think they may consider your truck a rollover risk for the AutoX track

you know... i could do an AWD conversion, 5/7 drop, suburban rear sway bar, caltracs, SSS brakes, & some Eagle LS2 275/55-20s

bring your gear, pay at the gate on friday, set up tent, have fun. there will be a hanful of people camping out on the grounds so just find me or Junkie and we can work it out.
