Interior Lights out?

I was adding some footwell lighting the other day and accidentally grounded the lead to the dome light circuit. Now I can't seem to find any fuse for the lights. Is this one of those Body Control Module issues and if so does anyone know which one it may be?

Is it just dome out? If so try just changing the bulb mine went out recently while I was working on stuff too.

There are 2 fuse panels on our cars. The inside the car is on drivers side. Open door and there is a black panel on the side of the dash board. There is also one under the hood as well. Check both of these places and you will most definitely find a blown fuse if one is bad. Hope this helps

Nope, no blown fuses, already done that, there is a third one in the trunk as well but it is not related.

Finally solved the problem the other day. After systematically pulling and checking every fuse including specific BCM fuses in the driver side dash panel and checking underhood fuse box as well for BCM fuses I was totally at a loss. Then I decided to check under the dash again for power on the grey wire to find it was live again? It ended up being the original Scotchlock I had fastened on the wire had severed it but was still clamped in the Scotchlock so everything appeared normal.
