Zl1
Went to Rogers roost last night for dinner, local bar in Sterling Heights. Pulled up for my wife to get out at front door and the people smoking were starring at us like we were royalty, then a young couple leaving were starring and identified it as a zl1. Definitely cool.

I just moved from northern VA to Cape Coral FL.
In the 3.5 years I had my Z in VA, I saw 1 other ZL1 vert. Maybe 5 other coupes. Plenty of Other 6th gens though. When we made the drive down to FL, I saw a ZL1 vert on I-4 in Orlando. Even my gf and kids noticed it. In Cape Coral for a month now, I have seen one ZL1 in the parking lot for the Lee County School District offices. Tons of other 6th gen verts, but no ZL1 verts. There just aren’t that many out there to be seen. |

There are a lot of cars that can be considered "rare". I've seen 1 maybe 2 other ZL1s in my area in the 1 1/2 years I've owned mine and no where else. I've seen no new GT500s, 1 C8, 1 GT350, many C6/C7, a couple of Chevrolet SS, a few 04-06 GTOs and G8s. Im not counting track days. Im counting out in the wild.
I do drive 7 to 8 hours, for work, down I95 and across I10 from time to time. I can say that all I have ever seen are either C6, C7, random years of Mustang's and Camaro's. No ZL1s, GT500s, G8s, SS, GTOs or GT350s. |

Before Covid, I used to drive regularly from Maine to Massachusetts to Rhode Island. I know they are out there but I have only seen two other ZL1's in the wild and no ZLE's.

Shortly after I got my 2SS. Before any mods, my wife went out to dinner and upon leaving spotted my A8 twin. Hyper blue, silver rally, silver split spokes, sunroof. Unfortunately we were driving the wife's car. I would have loved to have pulled my car up beside it's twin to see the owners' reaction. They would have freaked, I'm sure. I did leave a note on the windshield and connect with the owner later that evening. We still correspond occasionally.

I’m in Palm City, I actually thought it was funny when I saw the 3rd one in my subdivision including mine. My neighbor said I thought you told me these cars are rare. Car scene is pretty big around here. I take mine down US1 all the time past Bridge Rd into Jupiter.

The Camaro just isn't that popular and that's the reality. I didn't choose it because I wanted to have a rarely seen car, I chose it because it suits my wants at this time. Rare is good when its a limited number made or its super expensive and no one can afford one like a Bugatti, but rare in this case is bad because it means they don't sell that well.

I live in a small town in NE AZ and although I’ve seen a couple of camaro’s at stoplights, to be truthful in the Z at my zipping around most everything is just a blur😁

Thats because Dirtymax's are more popular in areas like Kimball or Ruby...

I live in Fairfield CT next to New York. These new money people all drive German and English to feel like they are old money. I know there is one other black Z in the area but other than that I have seen 2 on the read in the last 3 years in this phony hood.
