Just got mine back from Embroidery Plus Quick Print out of Pueblo, CO today.
They did a great job and worth every penny of the $30 it cost.

Hi Guys/Gals,
I just sent out my headrests to Embroidery Plus in Pueblo Colorado. I spoke with Donna Baker. I'm not sure if Pam is still there. The cost to stitch each headrest with the "RS" logo is now $15.00. The shipping back to Connecticut is $20.00. She said I should get them back in about a week and a half. A total cost of $50.00 is a GREAT price in my book. I'm hoping for the same results that most of you got according to this forum. I'll post pictures when I can. Oh, and by the way, they now have an email address. It's WWW.embroiderypluspueblo.com.

Hey guys! I finally got a pair of headrests to get this done to (extra pair so I can have the originals in case I want plain later or something). I must be a bit of a moron though as I can't seem to get the covers off. I tried to follow the instructions on page one of this thread but no joy. Can anyone point me at some instructions that are a bit more detailed. Possibly with pictures or a video? Thanks in advance!!!

Ok so I found this and it's pretty much what I expected. What I can't figure out is how to release the clipped in part that allows it to come off. How much force do I use to pull it out or is there some other trick?
