I'd be interested but, couldn't I just buy a v8 for $6K and drop it in? I pulled the 305 out of my 77' and dropped in a crate engine in for $3.5k installed.

Next time I go to the track, She's going with me! It's going to be a bit though. I'm off to BC Canada on Sunday. Lansing Community College is having an open house at their tech center on may 1st. Free dyno!
So when are we getting that TT or SC?

The AY-6 is a 6-speed manual transmission manufactured by Aisin. It is designed for longitudinal engine applications and can handle up to 345 ft·lbf (468 N·m) of torque.

I really didn't catch that when i wrote it. That's pretty funny.
After thinking about it a while, i may just go the supercharger route. This way i can save a little bit at a time and buy other bolt-ons while i break in the car. Cause I is poor!

I have a 2010 2LT with a manual tranny and I would be interested in a turbo kit (single is just fine) as long as the price is under $5000. Sry, I know you need to make money but I need to spend it wisely. I just would'nt do it for $6000USD. I will keep my eye out over time for a reasonable upgrade, keep us all posted! eB

Used 75 Camaro = $3500
Rolling restoration over 10 years = $5000
$5 of gas burned in 10 seconds = Priceless!

The solstice is an ecotec that already had a stock turbo designed for it. Much more R+D would be needed for this particular application.
