Yup I love it. Always use it for directions. You can send them straight to car by yourself as well as lock/unlock doors.
What problems are you having?

You need to have your OnStar online account created, configured, and functional. You then use the same login/password for the app to function.

I've used it for navigation, to check mileage, and to start the car.
(Haven't locked the keys in yet, but if I do, the phone will probably be inside as well It's a little slow. But looking up directions while your in a restaurant and downloading is better than searching in the car on the display. Last edited by TomF1; 06-06-2013 at 10:29 AM. |

I had the problem that my car was "roaming" with the carrier I had and had to contact OnStar to give me a new number and carrier so my MyLink would work.

Update:
I got a call from Onstar today telling me they fixed the connection problem overnight. Sure enough, it works. Very cool new toy. |

Huh, I was told by Onstar that the app (iPhone) has a bug. Hasn't worked for me since I signed up for onstar (about a week ago).
