You should be alright doing it all the time if you'd like. As long as your not over revving the motor which I assume since your probably liking the cackle out of the pipes your not over revving and running it in the higher gears so when you let off you hear it "pop". If worst comes to worst with only those two mods you still have warranty so if something happens

Haha every now and then on the way home from work I'll kick it into M and let the tap shift give me a pop or two...after a long day nothing like a bad girl to spit sweet nothings out at you wherever you go (even if it is from her rear pipes!)

I actually haven't, it just showed up Tuesday I believe so haven't got to go to the dealer with it yet but from what I've heard they don't have a problem with CAI unless something with you MAF sensor fails or something with the TB because they can try to pin those issues on the CAI but other than that your warranty remains in tact and no issues (except for CA smog which I have to deal with because K&N doesn't have a CARB number yet for their CAI).

I've actually noticed that cruising at 70-75 which is about what I drive on the highway it's somewhat less drone than before. Not sure why but it appears to be quieter inside when AFM kicks on. I'd definitely recommended a CAI to any one looking into one.
