Tune question......
Question, my car has been tuned with a sct tuner which I bought that way but don’t have the tuner. Now let’s say down the road I want get bigger mods done from a shop and they have hp tuners am I screwed because I don’t have the original tuner that was used on the car? Thanks

If the tune is unlocked then the shop should be able to read it out and make the changes. If it is locked though, I think a GM tech tool can flash the original stock tune back and you are still good.
This is based off my experience, one of the big company tuners will know the exact procedure. |

Didn't know HP tuners can read a SCT locked tune, glad one of the experts chimed in.
