The torx to remove the rotor is T30. I believe the caliper bolts take an 18mm socket.

I couldn't find these part numbers on their site. How did you get this deal? Sounds like an excellent one. Are the rotors drilled and slotted?

It's been about a month since I installed the pads and rotors, definite improvement in stopping.
My driver side front brake began to squeal so I re-did the front driver side brakes by cleaning, reapply CRC anti-squeal. The directions on the CRC states to apply it to the entire back side of the pad which seems like overkill to me. I apply the CRC where the piston contacts the pad only. I was able to push the pistons back into the caliper with my hands so no sticky pistons. Any suggestions on what to try next?

How bad is the squeal? My Brembo always squealed. I know you got the R1. Try braking hard to see if it still squeaks. Usually they don’t squeak when you brake hard

Did the pads come with backing plates? The brembo fronts have a built in plate and the rears had separate plates that sort of clipped on. I think the purpose is anti-squeal. I greased them.

The plates on the front pads are a bit odd looking - they are cut so that the rear piston is half on the plate, half off the plate. This shape might also help with anti squeal.

The squeal is bad, makes the hair on the back of my neck stand.
Your correct about the hard vs soft braking (squeals at soft).

Did some research on why brakes squeal, might be a Resonate Frequency issue. With a different manufacturer of the new pads and rotors, different materials, changes the equation.

I plan on redoing both front brakes - clean, apply CRC, and use a shop Q-tip to very sparingly apply brake grease to the sides of the caliper that contact the sides of the pad. We'll see if this helps.

I just got my R1 Carbons

I didn't order the hardware though. Do I need it or can I re-use the hardware that came with the stock Brembos?

I would replace the hardware. The cost of the hardware kits are worth it.

I redid my driver side front brake (3rd time). It's not squealing from the contact between the piston to brake pad. I noticed that the sides of the pads had wear marks where it was rubbing against the caliper. I ran a dremel over the wear areas and applied a lite coat of bearing grease to the sides of the pads.
This time it was fine for about a day and a half but now the squeal is retuning. I ordered a synthetic brake grease that can be used on all metal to metal contact points.
Since these are aftermarket performance parts, taking the time to troubleshoot is to be expected but after 3 tries I plan on requesting that R1 replace the front brake pads.

Putting in the new front pads today using CRC Brake and Caliper Grease on all metal to metal contacts.

Those are some good prices, I think I'm getting myself an early Christmas present. Installed some Power Stop rotors a couple years ago and they're warped pretty bad and getting worse. At least the fronts are.
