got the th400 in today. crossmember all made. ended up with a -2 degree driveline angle.
little pissed that I have to pull the trans back out. converter bolts are too big so I have to drill them out a little bit.

I was able to drill the holes in the flexplate out by removing the starter and using a right angle drill. I didn't notice until I went to bolt it up that it has 2 different bolt patterns on it. the 11.5" and the narrower 10.75" I believe. so 3 converter bolts and blue loctite should hold em in. did take a few shims as the gap was too large
was able to trim a little bit out if the front of the hood webbing to clear the turbo and sit flat. next up is trans cooler and lines, center section, measuring and ordering the driveshaft, followed by some hood/decklid pins.undecided on shifter but since I have c02 on board thinking an air shifter is the way to go.

most of the stuff I've ordered has shown up now.
aerocatch 120-200 pins for the hood/trunk derale 13950 trans cooler with fan 6 an trans/ cooler fittings along with 6an pushlock hose steady state relay for bump box wiring 4 relays for a few other things helmet hook for Roll Cage braille 17lb battery part#B2317RP Lokar dipstick for trans summit brand universal driveshaft loop sonnax th400 hardened slip yoke- part# T3-3-2431HP hoosier front runners- part #18107 third member for 9" from quick performance with their 40 spline spool, 4.11 big pinion pro gears, 10 hole aluminum support, 1350 yoke and a lube locker gasket. that leaves driveshaft, shifter, and lexan for it to be ready for spring. thread title updated to th400 for now

got the hood pins on. can't say these are pleasant to install but work and look great. have one more set to do for the trunk yet.
still waiting for the center section to show up so I can put it down on all 4s and weigh it again.

Center section came in. will be installing and putting rear brakes/tires on for the last time this week. will be measuring and having a driveshaft made locall
hoping to get a weight on it this week as well. ended up swapping the 125 rear springs out for a set of 150s based on the last time on the scales and where I think it will be now.

got the center section put in. the yoke prevents the diagonal link from being put in so I'll have to drop it down to the bottom holes and if that's not enough make new mounts for it. will be measuring for a driveshaft and hopefully have one made this week.

got the rear all back together for the last time, full of fluid and all that jive. need to run brake lines yet but that's about it under the car. dropped the slip yoke off along with the measurements to have a 4" steel shaft made.

so the basic battery box I got was way too big, found a plastic ammo case that was pretty spot on. I'll get some rubber terminal covers and I'll be all set.
the summit brand disconnect is junk and has power at all times so I'll give them a call and see if they'll send me a replacement or I'll have to buy another sadly. shot the beadlock screws in the wheels today as well so one more thing off the list.

picked the driveshaft up today. 4 inch steel built locally. will fit perfectly after I raise ride height about 1/2-1" for better clearance. ordered the billet straps for the rear joints along with a few other things.
