TC off (use D - Drive or M- Sport) letting the computer do the shifting.

Avoid the water box (go around it if possible). Then do a nice dry burnout to warm up the tires. The P-Zeros like to be warmed up and grip better warm.

To launch. Hold the rpms around 1k or so and then gently roll into the gas to launch (don't floor it). Just do a gentle roll into the gas and let the P-Zeros get traction. The most important part of the race is the first 60' (the launch).

I ran real good times with the stock tires by doing a nice gentle roll to launch the car off the line (1k rpm brake stall with a gently roll).

With 389 rwhp, 393 ft lbs you need a very gentle launch to keep those P-Zero's from spinning too much.

32 psi is pretty good. If you're not hooking you can drop them a little more (maybe 28 - 30 psi or so). I wouldn't go much lower than that. The Pirellis usually work well in that psi range.

Just make sure to heat them up. Usually people say not to heat up street tires, but the P-Zeros like to be warmed up. They difinitely grip better when they've been heated (maybe its due to their summer compound).

I went last weekend with my Nitto Invos and they were at 41 psi and i was running 13.3's but dropped air pressure down to 36 and got 13.06. I am thinking about dropping pressure to 30. I was hoping to get in the 12's since I have cai, catback, and JRE tune.
