In box, with everything that came with it when new, SCT iTSX programmer that I used to upload custom tunes to my 2010 Camaro. It plugs into the OBDII port and links with your OSX/Android device to scan or upload. Worked great for me using an iPhone but I have recently done a dyno tune to the car, so this is redundant. The device is unmarried and ready for use. It comes preloaded with tunes from SCT or, like I did, you can get a custom tune written for your specific car and mods and use the iTSX to flash the ecu. It stores your original OE tune to restore at any time. I found it quite handy to use my phone instead of having to bring the laptop to the car.
