I havent design like that. I can tell you with a large cup hard to rest hand/arm on Auto shifter so Manual could be more of an issue. Would like to see pics if done and hear review. I have modified my switch plate to have more switches, but about only mod from photo above. Roger is a great guy and will help with about anything you can think of
