That's what I thought too
If the #'s are to be beleived and the statement about being priced right around the FAST then this will be a sweet setup. I am also curious though about what happened to the oil cap

ya me too. but id say u have to take the tb off and that one side of the intake by just looking at it. only thing i see that sucks is that its metal heat soak is gonna be bad on a piece of metal that big. it will take it a long time to cool aswell. be nice if they could do it out of composite or whatever it is they use.

Rather large. That's a ton of "ally" to soak up heat.
I'm sure there are gains though. Agreed. Run it on the street then pull in for a dyno run. Coating will help the heat, but not the space or weight. Glad to see more designs, but casting plastic is so easy these days I'm scratching my head.

Hey so as far as the oil cap thats a good question didnt even notice that, but ill ask also im guessing would just have to take off the 4 bolts and take off the runners.
They said baselined at 420hp before manifold When they come back from Sema they will put my car to stock dyno it then dyno it with the manifold alone, then put my parts all back on and final dyno So cant wait, Ill get back to you guys with numbers and the feeling when its all done!!!

I would like to see (5) 12 second WOT dyno pulls 5min apart with the stock intake. Then bolt on this new intake and do the same with comparing dyno results. Dyno cell (room) should also be as hot as you can make it for both test.

So for the oil they just switched the valve covers around and now it will be driver side rear instead of passenger side front
they now got 499hp and my car is back to stock until they come back from sema. Damn sema week lol he showed me the fast 102 LSXR dyno they did and was at 478hp with the tune and completely stock with TB and tune was 470hp So until they come back Ima have to wait :( but once its done Ill get back with more pics and reviews and some dyno sheets!!

Seeing 470hp stock engine, tuned with Fast LSXR at 470hp is a 50hp bump. Do you have the baseline and then the gains that you can put together in a single post? Thanks

So the question is, is the OP's enging L99 or LS3? Assume L99. 50 "CRANK" HP from a tune and a Fast IM on the L99 sounds more than unbelievable.
