Chevrolet will never make it. They don't even have the damn Volt in all the markets yet. Sometimes it's hard being a Chevrolet Fanboy!

Between those 2, Raptor, but overall I'd have a Ram with the Mopar Ram Runner package

Before you start bashing the Raptor you may want to read this:
http://news.pickuptrucks.com/2011/01...mments/page/2/ Thats was in a virtually stock truck! So YES! The frames bend under maxed out jumps. But you can break anything if your smart (or dumb) enough to try. As for the "Car Show" who the hell are they? A washed up comedian, a has been basketball player and some dumbass that thinks we knows cars. I'll stick with the original "Top Gear" or even the American version before I watch Adam Corolla try to be funny. When Chevy's truck hits production, wake me up!! |

The interior shots of the ZR2 do not look as refined as the raptor. Im kinda getting tired of GMs sloppy interior plastic designs.

Back in the day the early ZR2 packages available on the S series blazers and pickups was awesome! They were wider, taller, larger tires and sway bars, factory skidplates, and a real rear locker among a few other upgrades I can't remember. I'd buy the Chevy!

Neither. My ideal toy truck would be a Canyon or Colorado the 6.2L engine & drivetrain from the half tons, then install an off road suspension similar to the Raptor. You get a smaller truck that can navigate trails, with the power to weight ratio of the ZR2, and can go flying through the desert like the Raptor.
And several of those trucks were also modified. So what was originally a weak point in the suspension, designed to give way under abuse was now a strong point and the load gets transferred to the frame, which was never supposed to be abused in that manner.

I think the Raptor along with the new Ford Taurus are two of Fords only interesting vehicles right now at the moment. But I like the looks of the ZR2 Concept better than the Raptor concept on the exterior anyway. The interior needs some improving on the ZR2 BUT this is only a concept the production versions interior if its made will look better more than likely than what is seen here.

I like the Raptor. Plus the ZR2 is a concept, it probably would not look as cool if they actually produce it. And I doubt it would come with an LSA
