Nothing looks better clean and nothing looks worse dirty.

Doesn't take much to start looking nasty if you DD it. I'm not obsessive about it so I deal with it fine.

If you really want a clean looking car, stay away from black. Yes the Camaro's in my opinion look gorgeous in black, but it is such a pain in the butt to keep clean. I think I spend more time cleaning than driving it. It is the only thing I really hate about my Camaro, that I can't keep it clean.

My previous 4 cars were black. It's a beautiful color on just about any car, it really shows off the lines.

If you are obsessive about a "clean" car, meaning every water spot and spec of dust gives you a panic attack, then no, don't do it. I would also say if it rains alot where you are, stay away. However, I got by by keeping a good duster, and detail bag with microfibers and detail spray on hand.

I have a black vert. its always garaged and not driven in rain. frankly, its no more work than any other color. its gets dusty a bit, but so what? rest of car still clean.
to me, any dark color will be higher maintaince than say, white or silver.
I liked the dark blue color on a Camaro when I was buying, but, as dark as it was, it would show the same amount of dirt as black.
OP, if its going to get dusty a lot, it will show more than a white or silver one. good luck

It depends on how anal you are about dust, dirt and scratches? Not to mention finger prints. If it's a daily driver and those things don't bother you then it won't be an issue for you. Black shows EVERYTHING and can be a chore to keep the paint looking awesome but, with that said it is a good looking car when it's kept up.
