early 70's Vauxhall Viva. My grandfather had a farm and we'd go up there in the summer and after they cut the wheat(I think) and stacked big piles of straw bales everywhere my dad would let me drive his car around in the fields for hours. The stubble made it sort of slippery and I would slide all over the place, imagining myself to be an all time rally driver!
I was 8 years old, driving like a lunatic by myself in my dad's primary car. I have no idea what he was thinking, but THANKS!!!!!

My Grandfather's 65 Chevy Belair, 4 door 283 V-8, auto, no power anything..... Big boat but great for pararell parking in NYC...(NOT!)... But after learning to drive in that car I could park anything on NYC streets.

well I grew up out in the country on a farm and was driving huge tractors at the age of 7, then when I could reach the pedals sitting on the very edge of the seat about 9 I learned on a 67 vw beetle manual trans and then a 70 something datsun pickup truck manual also.My first car was a 71 chevelle malibu 350 but auto.
