I read (actually browsed) through this whole topic but didn't find the answer to my question. Does anybody here know 100% for sure if there will be a price increase. And if so has there been any word on what that increase will be? And if there hasnt been does anyone have a educated guess? Thanks in Advance

There has been NO official word on pricing released for the 2011 model yet. I am 100% sure there will be a price increase though, maybe a few hundreds dollars? (just a guess, no one knows yet) but on the models with HUD (2LT-2SS), there has to be a higher increase, they're certainly not going to add that feature for free.

The press release says that Hud will be standard equipment on the 2011 2LT and 2SS models.

Does anyone know if the HUD will be available to add on to the 2011 Camaro in trims other than the 2LT and 2SS? Like if you get a LS, 1LT, or 1SS, would you be able to add it on with an extra package?

No it will be like leather seats and other things that are trim specific.

You should have been here a year and a half ago when we knew everything 5th Gen and the dealers were clueless.

Only way to know for sure would be to pull the engine and put it on a engine dyno.

Standard on 2LT and 2SS. I think he was asking if it will be available as optional equipment for order.

According to the order pages that are up now, it will only be available (and will be standard) on the 2LT and 2SS, like the gauge cluster and leather seats.

It's still a limited edition. 2010 was the only year "our" cars were made. There won't be any more like them.

In my opinion the only thing missing on the 2010 is the HUD. I loved it on my Vette...oh and the navigation would be nice. There are plenty of good GPS systems out there though!

I do hope that they bring back the Marina Blue Color when they bring back the Z28. I have to admit, I am much more partial to Blue than to Green. nothing wrong with green it is just not my color. Of course the fact that I have a Marina Blue 67 Corvette has absolutely NOTHING to do with me wanting a Marina Blue Z28 to sit beside it in the garage. OK, so I am a little biased. Give me my Marina Blue Z28 and make an old man happy in his final, grinning ear to ear, years.
