I'm not going to be a subject matter expert on superchargers, but I'm going to assume more context will be needed. Lol. Expand a bit on "still runs like shit" was it running like shit before the SC? The tuner not address the issues before the tune? What exactly is it doing.

My car ran like shit last year. Turns out it had a bad ground wire to a coil pack. Doubt that's your issue but just going by your description, maybe it is.

Start with your tuner. Even if it's not his tune he should be able to see what other issues exist, (running lean, rich, misfire, knock, etc.) If he can't help you it's likely the tune and you need to find another tuner.

Get a new tuner, If he tuned it and gave it back to you "running like shit" that is not a tuner I would ever use again.
For anyone here to help you will have to elaborate and be very descriptive to have any sort of valid internet diagnosis. First thing I would ask is, check engine light on?
Vacuum leak would be a concern, unmetered air, something not reassembled correctly? what did the dyno numbers come out to, can you attach a copy of the sheet with torque curve. air fuel ratio boost level ect

Call Jannetty racing they can get you set up remotely as long as you know how to datalog. You'll need to be sure everything is installed correctly and no vacuum leaks fuel leaks ect.

Bro get a new tuner.

It also sounds like you have a fouled plug or damaged coil pack. Maybe even a plug wire not connected.

Keep us posted
