I loved my 1LE but traded today

Stopped by the dealer, saw this car, drove it, and fell in love. 2009 Z06 3LZ 10K miles. Time to sell some parts.

I had the same thought a couple months ago. Im glad i didn't though, the 1LE is much more exclusive of a car. Beautiful ride though!

Before I bought my 1LE I was trying to decide if I wanted a C6Z or a 1LE. I love C6Z's as much as the next guy as its much more "car". I was worried about the LS7 valve guide issues and wouldn't be able to enjoy the car with out that in the back of my mind. There is a supposed fix for them but no one knows for sure and I couldn't justify spending the money on the car and immediately having to tear into the engine. I really wanted an atomic orange C6Z.

The C6 Z06 and Z/28 are the few cars I would ditch my 1LE for.

Very nice. I've owned two C6 Z06s before switching to a Camaro, and love them. Since it's 2009, it already comes with the upgraded hubs, dry sump, etc. Better bushings, fresh set of tires/shocks (or coilovers if you want to kill the snap oversteer?), and you'll have a killer machine

I tend too agree as well. C6 ZO6 is one bad ass car.. The Z28 is going be the keeper for various reasons.. Collectors will be more willing to spend more for limited production numbers than more of the ZO6 down the road.

But hey good find and have a blast with your car.. Who is ever going to get the 1LE is going to be a happy owner as well. A win win for all....

I was in the same debate it was between an 08' z06 or the 1le I went with the 1le because it was brand new (only has 1700 miles) and way nicer price tag and interior lol

Same here. Not a fan at all of the C7 body style. But love the C6. Then again, wife says corvettes are for women and old men who drive slow so I'd have a hard time convincing her...

Thanks guys. I was torn on doing it. Actually was in the process of ordering a supercharger for the 1LE. In the end, I thought I'd regret not getting the C6.

Love the 1LE. With my upgrades, it turned a lot of heads.
