Hf cats vs. no cats

Ok so other than price is there any difference to the car (performence or sound) between the two?

Cats are a bit quieter and deeper. No cats are raspier, and make anywhere you go smell like a drag strip.

What's wrong with that? The drag strip always smells awesome!

No cats will add better power in combination with Long tube headers. With your mods, you might see up to 5hp gain. Plus without a tune you'll lose TQ down low and gain high in the band only.

Hi flow cats or green cats don't like boost. Boosted motors burn up cats . I too like the drag strip smell. No cats are free. I am a big fan of the cat delete. At least with my car, nothing raspy about it, matter of fact the exact opposite is true.

If you tune it it will void the warranty.

If you want to have headers without having to tune, you would need green cats since they don't throw a CEL. Only problem is that Green Cats cost your right arm...

You will most likely have a cel with hf cats and long tubes as well. That means it won't pass inspection(in most states). If you tune it it will void engine warranty. Double edged sword of modding the engine past cai and catback.

There's no point of just getting hi flows. It's not worth it.
