Aaron Hernandez Murder Case - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Although he is a sports figure (New England Patriots TE), thought off topic was a better place for this thread since its more about a murder case.

So the meme's are flying around everywhere, right after Hernandez was arrested and charged with 1 count of first degree murder (Odin Lloyd) and 5 gun charges, yesterday.

Not a lot of evidence toward Hernandez yet. All we know is, he destroyed his phone, deleting some surveillance from his house, his place was cleaned the day after the murder, and a bullet casing tied to Hernandez. But without a murder weapon, I don't think murder 1 will stick.

Under federal and Mass. law, he has a right to a speedy trial. Meaning a trial within 12 months.

Lots of circumstantial evidence, and maybe we'll see more...such as actually finding the gun. This guy was stupid enough to murder someone and dump the body near where he lived...it wouldn't surprise me if he did other stupid things as well.

The timeline the paint, where they have video of 3 people in a vehicle he rented, etc...pretty damning, IMHO.

I think they will have a very strong case. They are dotting all the i's and crossing all their t's right now.

They just listed alot of evidence agaist him. Just watched it. I was shocked on how much they had. Cause like you i had only heard the phone and video thing!

it's all circumstantial evidence. nothing that says he killed anyone.

Im not going to get into it here cause this thread will go down hill. Im in Law enforcement in the remote area of this case. But with the survalance footage they have off him, the footage of his retal in the crime scene area, the casing found under the rental car seat matching his gun. The video footage from his home security showing him leaving his house with the gun, then returning with it just after the murder, the text messages of the guy killed texting his sister who he was with plus much more that is still coming out, it does not matter if he pulled the trigger or not, The fact that he was involved at all with this in Massachusetts is enought to put him away for life.

This is just the first of many of his problems. It looks like the DA in Florida is going to reopen the case where he was accused of shooting another man in the face.
