TPMS will not go into set up mode after installed new sensors

Ok I did a search and read more stuff about the TPMS system than I ever needed to know but I couldn't find anything addressing my issue.

I had the TPM sensors replaced and reprogrammed and everything was working fine when I left the shop that did the replacements. About 10 minutes after leaving the shop my tire light came on and when I checked the tire pressures none of them were communicating. I took the car back and the shop reprogrammed the sensors again and within 10 minutes of the shop a repeat of what happened the first time. While driving every once in a while the pressures will register but only for a few minutes and then go out again.

I took the car back out to the shop and when they tried to put the sensors into set up on the DIC it will not go into programming mode now. I have tried numerous times and it will just not go into set up mode. I push the set up button and have held it in for over a minute and nothing will put it into set up mode.

I thought about disconnecting the battery in an attempt to reset everything but I haven't tried that yet. Is there a fuse in one of the fuse blocks that controls just the TPM system that I can check?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

I used sensors from NAPA and the shop used the Snapon TPMS Tool and had no issues.

Also
The parking brake lever needs to be pulled up to reset the tpms system.
Use factory sensors/stems
