RS hideaway headlight covers
Just got a pair but I am wondering how well do they stay on?Do I need to put double sided foam tape on them,especially at the turn signal end?

It just seems that they aren't very securely on,especially at he vertical end by the turn signals(no hooks there).I'm afraid that they'd blow off going down the road.

Do they just clip on? Just curious, I'm not personally a fan on them because I love the headlights and covering them seems weird

Do you what you makes you comfortable with them. If you're not planning on taking them off, maybe a bit of double sided 3M might work in order to get them nice and snug. Hope it all works out for ya...
I've considered these before in Satin Black... maybe this style isn't for me, but something of the sort might be in my future. I'm just getting started on the body... spent years working on the performance side of it. |

That will work for the '10-13 models, to bad you didn't have the tail lights of the '14-'15, and possible 6th Gen. at the same time...

I had them on an LT before I traded it off , I don't believe you have anything to worry about as far as them coming off the clips are more secure than they appear. Anyone interested I have them for sale in the classifieds in this forum.
