Winter is appon us and it time to head south, drive it or trailer it?
So I am not a huge fan of driving long distances but my budy is willing to drive my car to my south location, should I pay $1600 for transport or have my budy drive it and put 1200 miles on it...? 2017 Green ZL1

Map out a two day route with interesting roads and drive it yourself. Mini vacation, time with the car, additional mileage well used. Eat well, sleep well, drive well!

Jeeze. What a great suggestion. When I was searching for my 1LE. I was hoping to buy a car from the west coast. I came close. I've always wanted to drive across the USA. That would have been an awesome road trip and it's on my bucket list as a soft target. The only downside was I only had about 2 days + the weekend. Sadly, when i found a c car, I had it transported to me (from NM). It was far less expensive than a flight/food/lodging/gas back to the east coast.

Put 10k miles across country on my SS. Granted it is not a ZL1, but I see no reason to have a car if you aren’t going to drive it. Additionally, I found the comfort of the ride to be equivalent of flying a plane (and almost as fast...jk) which enabled a greater distance to be covered per day due to lack of driver fatigue. If you are concerned about resale value based on adding mileage, then I guess thats your priority.
