Trying to get the prototype on the dyno this week or next before we go any further in the design phase so we don't waste too much time.

2010 ss ls3 Maggie 2300 with a 3.30 pulley stock belts, AR headers Bassani full 3in exhaust, Airaid CAI, Labonte Meth injection and a good tune by RPM motorsports in Santa Clarita CA the last dyno was 567hp 558tq. My question is how do I know if my pulley is slipping and what other bolt on parts should I use to pick up more power. any help would be appreciated

Sorry to thread jack but since there are so many TVS owners on this one I need help...

Attempting to remove my rear cogs with the blower on... WTF! What a pain, is this even possible?
Has anyone done this?
Any tricks to access the bolts? Windshield cowl removal or special sprocket?

Good cam in that motor is worth 60-70rwhp easy. If your belt is slipping, the tuner should have seen it on the dyno with either the MAP readings or if the dyno had a MAP sensor hookup to display directly on the dyno chart. They usually start slipping significantly with smaller than a 3.4 pulley and a 6 rib.

I have done them on the car, ALMOST impossible. i have several different ratchet wrenches I use to get to them. But now I can have the blower off almost more quickly than I can pull just the cogs. I just remove the intake bolts and move the blower forward a couple inches, don't even disconnect the coolant hoses. Did a car with an e85 sensor and it had enough slack in the fuel line that I didn't have to disconnect it either, just the air intake and belt.

Chances are, it's slipping. I have a 3.4" Griptec pulley and super-tensioner, and it still slips above 6K RPMs. If you see a sudden drop in power on the dyno, that's a good sign it's slipping.

Add a good blower cam and pull 650 RWHP. A super tensioner will help with belt slip. Try to stay 3.4 or larger on the pulley.

I have to contact the owner of the shop with the dyno. The shop is an independent local shop who just happened to have a fresh build maggie car that one of the employees own, but it is race season for them so they have to squeeze it in on a weekend for the back to back testing.

quite a bit of the time it is slipping at the crank pulley. That's why mine is set up like this:
