Cost to lower my SS?

Stopped in to a local garage here in town to get a price to install lowering springs and do an alignment. $500 give or take, does that sound about right?

Here in alberta the Eibach Pro springs were $250 (1" lower) installed myself and $139 at GM to align it. So its close.

Yea, I asked for an estimate and was quoted at $450. Just going to install myself.

Hey Steve

Figure on between $80 - $100/hr for labor, probably 3hrs to do the install plus the cost of an alignment. So $500 probably isn't too far off the mark.

It's not hard, and you don't need a spring compressor.

We don't all have a fully equipped garage and if I sound jealous then you'd be correct

No even the stock springs are just a hair 1/4-3/8" longer than the strut and the new spings go on no probs. remember to time all the suspesion bushing to the new ride high.

Do it
