The rubber washers on the cardboard are for the deck lid if you have a wicker bill installed

If the parts came off that car you keep them with the car. Just my opinion.

The yellow spring spacers should be kept with the car. They will raise the splitter about 1 to 1.5" when installed in the front springs. They are for loading on a trailer and my be needed if loading on a rollback tow truck.
I don't believe there was a factory wheel lock option so the locks in the picture may not fit your wheels. Mine didn't come with wheel locks.

I modified a coil spring compressor to expand the spring and insert the spacer. The spacer is bigger than the space between the coils when the suspension is fully extended. They raise the nose about 1.5" give or take a little.

My car is in my trailer and will be coming out today. I will take some photos and post here when I remove the spacers.

To install and remove the spring spacers you need to jack up the car so the suspension is fully extended and then the spring must be spread more to get the spacer into the spring.
I use the tool in the photo below made from a strut spring compressor. You need to find a strut spring compressor with 5/8-11(NC) threads to get a nut to use as a spreader. Some have 5/8 Acme threads. The 5/8 Acme thread will not work unless you can find a nut that will fit the threads. Of the two spring compressors I found at a local auto parts store one was 5/8-11 and one was Acme thread. Both were the same brand. I used a 5" long 5/8-11 Carriage Bolt with the rounded head cut off for clearance, a 5/8-11 nut and a washer with the threaded and unthreaded portions of the compressor. The other photos are of the spacer installed and the spreader installed.
