it happens at the very beginning, for a few seconds. not real excited on the game. pretty much a carbon copy of forza 2 except on some things. ill stick with Need For Speed Shift until Gran Turismo 5

I was kind of hoping that Shift would have a drag mode since... Most Wanted?... did. Oh well. When I pick up an XBox, maybe I'll pick up Forza 3.

Dude its nothing like forza 2. Way better.

As for the drag racing....way suxors.

It (from what Ive heard) counts down and you go.

Theres no tree, no burnout, no nothing. You cant out tree someone because you physically cant move your car until the game lets you. Its just a whos car is faster, not actual racing.

Honestly if you're going to say Forza3 is just like two then I could give you the same argument about GT5 being just like the original...

Besides there are not to many games that will not only let me drive my Honda CRX but in addition to that I can drive a Bugatti Veyron and a 2010 Camaro. Not to mention the game is using models with 10 times the complexity as F2 and the job they have done on the interiors are just amazing.

the car models are not 10x better. the interiors are not done well. they are extremely boring and the interiors in NFS Shift and GT5P are MUCH better. you can drive the camaro and veyron in nfs shift. the gameply in forza is boring and lets face it, the sounds effects are terrible. the tire squeals and crashes sound the exact same as Forza 2. That you can't argue

Half of the way through the video to approx three quarters of the video shows the detail put into the vehicles exterior and interior.

I can't I haven't had a chance to play the game but on the same token neither have you so you'll just have to wait and see I suppose but from what I have seen in previews it definitely looks interesting.

Honestly i dont think the graphics are good at all compared to GT5 or Shift. When i saw the screenshots i was amazed but in videos it looks no different than forza 2. Im gonna stick with GT5 and Shift

actually i have played the game. and what are you talking about a crx? and ya, great, there's interior shots in Forza 3. doesnt mean they are good. if you play need for speed shift or GT5P, you see a HUGE difference

forza 3 handling way more realistic then nfs shift

What it comes down too, is NFS games are arcade style and Forza games are sim style. SO, if you want a real style racing game go with Forza. I play both NFS games and Forza games. I gotta say Forza wins hands down...
