Yeah, I consider that be unacceptable. The one thing they do as a matter of policy is, they won't send any notices concerning shipping or order status. I don't like that one bit.

Finally got them to respond, of all places...eBay. I sent them a message through their store and boom not even 15 min later they got back to me. Now, whether its a bunch of smoke who knows. They told me they had shortages of onyx and stainless but they received some this morning and should be back to making emblems. They did say that my 5 week order wasn't acceptable, so lets hope it goes quicker from here on out. Moral of the story is if anyone has questions for them to message on their eBay store.

Again, I'm not saying they aren't a good company. They just need a little help in the customer service department lol. We all know that back orders on materials is a real problem as of late, things happen.

Just a little update, Emblem Pros sent me my 427 badges about a week ago. They ended up eating the cost to send those before my dash plaque was done which was super nice of them. I received emails with tracking numbers for both items which has not happened in the past. Still a very stand up company and will continue to do business with in the future. My dash plaque will be here today.

Glad to hear man. I've never ordered from them but I remember they was pretty popular on LS1Tech back when I had a 4th gen. Just wondering if they're still based in Lexington, KY?
