contact the chevy rep Brandon ^^^ and see what he recommends?
most dealers will try to fix damage they caused but sometimes you have to take it to a higher level i.e. service manager, dealer manager etc |

Found out today that mine has this same issue as well. The 3 buttons on the outside of the faceplate bezel on the right side stopped working as well. Dealer has to order a new bezel and see if that fixes it.

Did replacing the face plate bezel fix your button issue?
