Bad Experience @ Koza Performance & Auto

SORRY FOR THE LONG POST. BUT READ IF INTERESTED
But Had Issues with turbo headers leaking and on bad repair + few other minor issues.Was recommended by 2 people .Did seem to be a good buisness on reviews,Not so much.
Made a appointment in November 21 2022, To bring it in to get a estimate .About a week later get a call and said needs new turbo headers and then relocate the turbo
Gave me a price about 8k to remove old and redo it all new.Promised it will be very dependable. That was using my old turbo,I decided to get a new turbo.
They said 1500.00 for one up to 1k hp I believe the price was.Just get it running good and fast.
After about 8 months of BS saying their working on it .
(It sat outside for 6 months in minor hail,snow,rain.)
Called and said WTH is going on.More BS .almost done and then more Bs waiting on parts.
Got a call said it was done 8 months later .
It looked like it was a barn find.
So pissed cause it was as spotless as their 100k cars there.
Now jad to pay the bill and jumped up almost another 600
More disappointed no one ever called about the charge.
As I live about 1 1/12 hours away .Car didnt even make it home with out issues
Called and no answer .Emailed them and finally got a response.
Told them its running rough and running hot .
Bring it back they will look at it.
After they removed my Alky meth kit cause the owner doesnt like it,And removed my oil filter said I dont need it unless I auto cross.
They found the headers cracked plug wires .
Plus I had it washed and found scratches and a gouge in the door.
Well again it was good to pick up.
Again not so much.
Well brought it back again for being hot
They said I need a better oil cooler and a better inter cooler and a new fan and shroud
Another 1300.
Said It was done again. Gave me a 100 off to bring the car back to get the paint fix.
FN again got home and wasnt right
Smelled wires and oil burnining and was hot
Called again no answer
Only emails now
Well they said send them videos
I did.
Catch can was hooked up wrong and the new fan on my receipt was a used fan laying around
Now the fans run constantly and blades wont turn.
Now will not return my calls or emails
Was Very patient and I spent about 12k with this buisness

Also have all emails saying they apologize and Telling me they will make it right

Update ,BBB tried to resolve the issue with a mediation or solve the issues.They responded with bogus information
That I can prove wrong.
BBB said they never responded and I should get a attorney.
Its sad I paid almost 12k and the car is not right again

I had good luck with Koza, as well as my other buddies. They built my 402 and got everything dialed in. Did have an issue with the sc belt, but they fixed that. Sucks you didn't get a good experience.

Atleast you had a good expierence .Nothing but a headache for me.Evertime I got it back theres a issue.
Now have my camaro back that the fans dont work at alland catch can is messed up.Plus scratch in my door still.That Jake does nothing but lie and gives you the run around
One of there bogus replies was they are backed up for months and never replied back to me only bbb got a response
They got my money and care less I guess

I forgot to mention, everyone he knew, I knew... so maybe that's why it was good for me. There were a couple of hiccups, not gunna lie. I think the build took a little longer than usual, but the car sat a full year so a couple of months for me didn't matter. I know he is or was lacking staff around your time frame.
