After taking first photo, I realized there was teflon tape still sitting in the "out" hole, so I cleaned it out. (2nd picture is after cleaning that out)

Do you have all hardware for installation? Approximately how many miles on it? Reason for removal?

Everything you need to install, minus the tools to install.

Mileage on it is about 15,000 miles but looks / works great.
Reason for removal: Since I put in strut tower bar, it became bit hard to remove to empty out the can every time, so I just decided to take it off. (I'm planning to keep the car for only couple more years anyway)
