My Tire is SCREWED and so am I

Literally.......I have a screw in left rear tire that is too close to the sidewall to repair. I live in San Antonio and NOBODY has a tire. I have to get one shipped in from Houston and it won't be here until Tuesday.
WTF!!!!! This is crazy unacceptable to not have tires in stock for cars that don't have spares!!!
Now I have NO transportation until Tuesday.

Yeah that sucks, but I am not surprised since this car is so new.

You are double screwed if you paid for a matching stock tire, period. I would have recommended you invest in a set of BETTER quality available locally replacements anyhow. Could have gotten a set of (2) for the cost of factory stock replacement!

It's not that uncommon. I was stuck in Las Vegas for 48 hours waiting for tires for my Porsche a few years ago. And it was not a newly introduced model.

Sorry to hear that. I get paid 3 times a year so in January I plan on buying a full set of different, cheaper, better quality, longer lasting tires that are available. I have had terible luck with tires for since I started driving so yea.

Best of luck.
