Is this standing still, shifting from part to drive or reverse and under way?
Can you post audio? |

Rear axle washers?
These are the new version I installed: Side by side: Mine happened going into reverse or drive... Audio would help as JusticePete suggested... -Don

Worn mount or bushing? Could be a noise from drivetrain flexing as load is applied and released by putting it in and out of gear.

We regret to learn of the clicking noise you’re experiencing and recognize how displeasing this must be. We understand you are seeking additional information on what the cause of this could be. Unfortunately, we are unable to diagnose this over the internet. However, should you like an additional layer of assistance when contacting the dealer, let us know! Best, Erica W. Very interested to see what the Dealer finds.
FYI - We had chassis ears on PQs Camaro trying to find the source of his noise. We got close thinking it was an end-link, but the noise was just past the end-link and in the hub. It was much more subtle than your noise, much more subtle. |
