Thanks guys. I'll post more pictures when I get my switchplate. It's my interior led lighting. The cropped teaser I posted is of the bottom of the headrest and the "well" that's underneath it.
Here's my interior at night shot with my cell phone camera. |

I can make a DIY thread for you when it's all said and done. Probably sometime next week.
Thanks for the compliment Pierre. |

Over the weekend, I was able to get into B&M Hurst FlowMaster to have a new short throw shifter installed. One more mod checked off the list.
Today, my switches arrived at g3 composites. There was a major issue with the size. The switches are about 150% the size I was hoping they were. There were no references to size on the ad so I can only blame myself, so I'm sitting here trying to debate whether or not I even want to install the switches, only install 2, and where to place them. Murphy's a real a$$hole. Not only that, but when the shifter was being installed, the car was up on a lift. I noticed a couple areas of spider cracks in the paint, and the driver side rocker panel beneath the front fender/door is hanging down about 3/8" and you can see the clips. I am going to have to get that fixed in the next week or so in order to exhibit at a car show this Saturday and be ready for the big SF Auto Salon next Saturday at Moscone center run in conjunction with the SF International Auto Show. |

Always. I'm putting my car in a smaller show (200+ cars) this weekend and then the SF Auto Salon (aftermarket hall of the SF International Auto Show) at Moscone Center next weekend. I gotta make the car all nice and shiny for audiences.

Trim pieces in... The gloss black really looks good, although I need to color sand some bubbles. Thanks for the quick turnaround Ivan!
Switchplate has been delayed, so for the show tomorrow I'm just "rigging" my switches to hang out just a bit from the console until I get my console piece with the switches built in. The switchplate will be the console done up in carbon fiber and having two aircraft toggle switches on the driver side opposite the home link buttons. It will be integrated as though stock, following my theme. =) |
