ZL1 Brake Rotor Hats

I have a set of front ZL1 front rotors and was looking at the hats and I noticed a date of 7 June 07. So with that being said what else did this rotors fit or at least the has?

Zl1 rotors fit the CTSV as well.

2008 CTS-V2 would be my guess. None of those others would have two piece rotors.
