Tire rub

What is recommended to diagnose tire rub and where it's occurring when you can't find any obvious signs? It's not often but in larger divets in the road I'm hearing what I assume is tire rub. Would increasing coilover stiffness also help?

Pull the wheels- you'll see rub marks on the inner fender liners where they hit.

Yeah I plan to do that and diagnose it. Everything from speed bumps to u turns is fine its just a couple divets in the road that cause a slight rubbing noise. Thinking I will just get the fenders rolled to be safe and provide the extra clearance.
