Lsa upgrade I’m looking into. My car wouldn’t ever be a true zl1 and I don’t need it to be. I just want to turn the SS up a notch that’s all more power.

Unless you find a used motor/ trans at a bargain, I would spend that 13-16k lsa - 3.5k trans (20k) on what you have.

Well maybe I won’t post my car here if it’s that technical but I’ll add an Lsa supercharger. Not cam or head work for the initial install. I can always do other mods for power down the line. I have zero intentions on paying 13k. For a fact you can buy a kit for about 5k plus another $500 on dyno tune. This is what I’m looking to do but I guess it doesn’t live up to the zl1 standards since it’s not 20k. I do realize majority of the difference between SS and zl1. We might not share the same name but you can’t deny our colors Iom oh yeah

Finally able to join the club!
2012, M6, IOM with DSX stripe, and 5 spokes! Loving the car so far, too bad winter is drawing near, and I’ll only be able to look at it sit in the garage!!! Sorry for the sideways pics, not sure how to fix that 🤷🏻*♂️ |
