Injector duty cycle was like 65%. Much lower when there is 93 in the tank or a mix.
I'm pushing 760rwhp through the 6L80 and Circle D 32-3400.

My ZL1 pump drops fuel pressure and maxes out quick on DC with E85.

That's before the DSX pump kicks on at 9psi boost, too.

Wonder how I could get it to kick on sooner like yours at 4psi?

You should be running the Non ZL1 PNP Controller (4psi) that DSX offers. When you purchased the kit from their online store you have the option to select which sensor you want. Email Dave and let him know you bought the wrong one.

Mine actually kicks on pretty instantly (2psi). Usually when I floor it, I'm instantly at 6 pounds of boost to start, so its on immediately.

That will fix your fuel pressure issue.

Looking at that DW400. It does look like the best returnless system. Could be used with the DSX pump also.

AGP has a twin pump setup ,E85 compatible, that is priced really reasonable. It's good for up to 1200whp.

On a separate note, for informational purposes, with just the ZL1 pump, ADM FPCM, the LS9 cam, stock diameter balancer, my car made 600rwhp with the 4" pulley on the Whipple, and 630 with a 3.75".
