I have been struggling with selling my 2010 Camaro. I hate to do it, but it has become a weekend car. A bit too expensive to just take up space in the garage. So I was considering selling it. Listed it for $1000 under NADA retail and only one call.
I really thought I would get a bunch of calls. Its a 2SS Black on Black. Perfect condition. Whats up with that?

How much did u pay for it? What have u done to it? And what are u asking for it? How many miles on ?

Your car is the same as brand new ones available at the dealership. You are running into economics - your asking price for a used car is too close to new. You may have to drop your price further to get a buyer.

Used 2010s are a dime a dozen used figure $27k-$29k

It has 12,000 miles. All stock except window tint and mats, nothing done to engine.
It was $38k new asking $35k. The cars I see in and around town usually have door dings etc. Anyone buyng new gets to pay the crazy dealer fees. I see used ones on dealer lots for $36k. I guess I will have to wait it out and see what happens.

I just paid 37k out the door for a 2SS loaded. There is a white/orange 2SS at my local dealer for 34k.....

You are way high for a used car in my opinion.

you're not going to get that much unless you luck up on someone that don't do their reasearch. I would say you would have to bite the bullet and ask for 31k at least that would make your car sellable. Back In 09 early 10 you might have got what your asking for.

31K ??, I would sell mine in a heartbeat if I could get 31K, thats not happening on a 2010.
Car would probably sell for around 27K or 28K on a good day.

Car dealer in town has a 2010 leftover - 4 miles on ODO..

Sticker reads 43K with 21" wheels fully loaded.
Sales price on window is 35K..

You are WAY too high in your price... for a used car.

There is zero chance i'd pay 35k for a 2010 with 12k miles on it. There are tons of Camaros new and used in Florida and you also have the most popular color. That also means a huge portion of the ones available are the same. You also have to contend with selling it right at a time that gas keeps steadily rising. I wish you luck but your price is way too high. I just recently bought an 11' 1SS/RS/A6 with every available option besides sunroof for less than that.

I just sold mine about 3 weeks ago for 32k. Had 7,000 miles and included all the mods in my sig.

A base 2011 SS2 is going to be $34,000 so yeah, I think you are running into the problem where a brand new car is about the same as what you are asking. And even when buying from a private owner, you still have to pay tax and license fees to get it on the road so... :(

Yeah, like everyone else said. You are asking too much. It's a used car. 1 of 150K produced in 2010.

Drop the price and you might have luck
