As most other's were getting ready to go or on their way to work on a stormy morning (here), with coffee in hand, I made my way to the garage, turned on some music, started detailing my Camaro and thought how great retirement and life is.

Don’t forget your fender wells. I pull the wheels one at a time to make it easier to clean. When I have the time, of course...

Plan on doing them and a few other things I couldn't get to this morning once this little storm passes and I can put the Corvette in the driveway to make more room .. hopefully tomorrow morning.

Continued polishing (the same spot) on my valve covers. Came to a point where that spot started to shine. Not a lot, but it was definitely reflecting. Moved to the next opening and started polishing that spot.

Only stopped because the rain started.

After a long time drove. It's a shame that it's not manual transmissíon.

Think you; I'm not the best at taking pictures, but I get lucky every now and then and was really happy with how some of these came out.

Got my strut tower brace covers, billet oil cap and carbon fibber radiator cover installed. Just a few more little odd balls to get then I can start to add some fresh paint under the hood. I’m happy every time I look under the hood now

Beautiful cars!

Welker, awesome pics. I'm retired too...or shall I say was for 2 1/2 months after 30 years of service for a local municipality.

I'm returning to work this coming Monday, part time.
BTW, I was in your state in August. I have friends in Vegas. Walked up to see the Pat Tilman memorial and on to the bridge to scope out the Hoover Dam.

I say walked up because for those that have never been, you have to climb like 10 flights of stairs
