I am running a 3.4 but didn't get much power over the 3.6. I gained 20-25hp

I agree, intake flow and tb is key to extracting the power out of any positive displacement blower. We will have a special intake in 60 days but we have custom tbs now...Let me know if i can help you.On the pulley i would overdrive the rear and put the bigger pulley back on the front for belt wrap.Let me know if i can help you out with that as well.

So you need to port the throttle body? Like I said I didn't gain alot through a pulley change.

+1! If you are on the 6 rib anything lower than a 3.4 will slip. I was on a 3.2 with the stock bottom but had the 8 rib. If you want some more boost go with the OD rear like these guys suggested. Then you can run a 3.6 and have great belt wrap.

We use the 3.4 with the Gator Grip antislip all the time with no slip issues (have no complaints on the 3.2 version either...see the super chiller thread). The tune is key as well but we have hundreds of the Gator Grip anti slips in use without slippage.

There are Several things to consider.
The LS9 injectors that come with the Magnacharger run out below 3.6
Fuel Pump Runs out below 3.6 even with MSD fuel pump voltage booster.
Camshaft affects what you can run for a pulley.
Limitations have more to do with OCTANE and Fuel supply Than the Boost Number.
LS3 and L99 can run different pulley, usually 1 size smaller on the L99 due to the lower compression.
Below a 3.6 Belt slippage starts to be a Problem, which our super tensioner addresses.

Any Questions Feel free to discuss.

Ted.

how much power are you talking to the wheels and how much reduction in IAT's? whipple told me there really is not much gain until you get a bigger motor.

Thats not what our results show,we picked up 25 rwhp and 4 mph in the 1/8th switching from a 78mm tb to our 90mm tb on a 346 ci motor with a lil 112. I have headers and a 2300 on a stock ls3 with the stock airbox going through a 9 inch on 22s .Whith our 102 tb it makes 575 rwhp......We are making over 850 rwhp with our 408 gto with our 102 and it still isnt enuff tb,we are doing a special snout with twin 90s and should have results in 60 days
