Liquid glass wax

I've been using liquid glass wax since I have had my car I've tried a few other waxes don't like anything quite as much as liquid glass and I've just ran out of my last can, I know longer can find a way to order it to California eBay and Amazon will cancel any order I try, I'm wondering if anyone knows a way around this or recommends a wax that works close to as well?

There must be something in it the state of CA doesn't like. It's been around since the 80's and technology has progressed pretty far in car care chemicals since then. So have restrictions in CA.
The Liquid Glass is actually a synthetic, with no wax in it, if it's the one I just found on a quick Google search. If that's the one you're using I'd recommend trying Adam's Liquid Paint Sealant. It too is a synthetic Sealant, and should perform at least as well as the Liquid Glass, most likely better. If it doesn't he gives a 110% money back guarantee. You could touch it up monthly if you'd like with his H2O Guard & Gloss to maintain the gloss and protection.

The carbon that's in it isn't compliant with CA law.

If you have a polisher, Carpro Essence provides fantastic gloss with one or two slow passes.

Top with Carpro Reload sealant for 5-6 months of protection, or CQuartz coating for 2 years of protection.

I have a low opinion of Liquid Glass; I actually have seen it strip paint layers a long time ago. I am trusting that it is not as aggressive as the brand I witnessed. There are many liquid waxes and sealants that you could use to produce, IMO, better results.

Meguiars and Mother's have had liquid waxes on the market for years. Gliptone IMO is another good OTC brand to use. If time and know-how in terms of detailing is an issue, then I would recommend the Mothers or Meguiars brand of liquid wax or three step detailing products. They are very user friendly and are relatively easy to apply.

In your spare time, look at a few detailing websites to pick up tips on products and methods. You can also experiment in your free time with well known products in order to be more familiar with some brands.

Do you have a friend that lives in another state that is close by? Either they can order it for you or you order it and ship it there, then go pick it up.

On occasion I will want an item that is banned by the EPA. I just ask my brother-in-law to ship it to me. He lives out of state. Then again with time and weather permitting I will go to Nevada and buy whatever in bulk. There is always a way around the web of regulations.

Both, Adam's Polishes and Blackfire, make outstanding sealants that leave your car feeling literally like liquid glass. Give 'em a try.

I've been using Liquid Glass off and on for the past 30 years and although this seems to be an Adams lovers site, I think it's the BEST (Hands Down)

Just last week I spent about 25 hours doing my annual strip and seal. After clay and polish:
• 2 coats of Blackfire Wet Diamond
• 1 coat of Chemical Guys Blacklight
• 2 coats of Blackfire Midnight Sun
• 1 coat of Kenotech Showroom Shine.

The car practically glows in the dark now.

I'll try, but it's major pollen season right now, so if I can get a chance between a fresh wash and the dreaded yellow dust, I'll snap a few.
