295 wide on front wheels
How bad is the rubbing going to be on a 1" lowered stock strut with about -2.0 camber with 295 tires on the front. Stock 1LE/Zl1 wheel.
I'm assuming there is no issue with the rears with this size. Abdi |

Tire choice may come into play as some run wider than others.
I just lowered 1" and I feel like the rear might be more of an issue when I feel the space with my hand. But I am still waiting to do an alignment. I think I will have tire kingdom try to install the NT555 G2's in a 295/35/20 and 315/35/20 combo. No clue if that is a smart choice or not. I heard Nittos ran narrow but when I compared them to the Mich PSS, they seemed very similar in their measurements. So now I'm worried but I was told it was a no risk approach. If the tires don't fit, no obligation to buy them. |

I don't have it lowered but I have 275/40/20 in the front and 315/35/20 in the rear and in the rear I still have space to drop it if I want to. but the fronts look extremely flushed but I know it won't rub.

When you say you have space in the rear to drop it, you are referring to the height of the tire, correct? I personally am not as worried about the tire height, it's more about the width and whether it rubs on the inside of the wheel well. Even lowered with the Hotchkis, there is plenty of room height wise in the rear.

you'll have plenty of space. I'm lowered 1.25" all the way around and run a 275/40R20 and 315/35R20 with no rubbing even at full turn
