You need a shorter belt. Once you start running smaller pulleys some people to remove the top idler puller all together so exactly what is happening to you, doesn't happen. I was fine with both idlers with the 3.875 pulley. When I cammed it and went to the 3.75 pulley we did remove the top idler. The tensioner is doing its job, your belt is just too long. It also does not look like your bottom pulley is slid all the way to the left.

I'd like to report back with my recent endeavors regarding my issue, I slid the bottom idler all the way to the left and the top idler all the way to the right. No belt contact or slippage from what I've seen so far. We are back in business.
