Shake over 60

I have a shake in the seat and steering wheel as well as the car riding rougher than normal. The shake starts around 60 and gets worse as speed increases. It had a set a BMR 1.25 springs on it. I have replaced everything in the front end as well as new struts and a new rack and pinion. Wheels have been balanced and aligned yet the issue remains. I do not know where else could cause this problem. Thanks in advance!

By everything do you mean you replaced the lower control arms as well?

You can't just have the Wheels Balanced
They must be load Balanced
These Wheels/tires combinations are bad for balancing

Did the shake start before or after the new tires?
