If the front sight will use the gas block, get steel not composite. It can get pretty hot.

All the iron sights are money. Magpul makes good stuff.

Consider Magpul Gen II 2 MBUS Rear Flip Up Sights and Front Back Up Sight Battle Pair
I picked up a set of these on eBay for $60 new shipped.
They're poly not "iron" but Magpul metal versions are available.
I use these out to 50 yards on my AR pistol.

Some dude on ebay is selling fake magpul gen2's... there are also what some call Airsoft Magpuls, I hear they're good, but just so everyone knows, they're different composition, lower quality, even though they're Magpul authorized.

The punk that's selling the so called legit Magpuls allegedly out of Dallas appears to be selling Chinese fakes. Good fakes, but fakes. I bought some and wondered why shipping took so long, Dallas to here is 2 or 3 days max, China is 10+ days...

I have ebay gear on my rifles. Some was crap. Some was good.
You have to keep an eye out, the good stuff pops up here and there.
I have VLTOR EMOD stocks that Anyone would swear they are real. $35 Because they are..

Most of the stuff is made in China anyway. Magpul has their 'airsoft' factory in China...you think they make 'non-airsoft' products somewhere else. LOL
They just won't admit ALL their stuff in made in china....just the 'airsoft' stuff. Best way to hide it is to have it out in the open. so when all the stock shows up labelled made in china, no one questions it.

Anyone seen the magpul factory? anyone? anywhere? Never.
I challenged Magpul on AR15.com years ago just to show one pic...just one picture of their extrusion machines, factory ...anything. You guessed it, nothing.

anyway. It all comes from china...or south east asia. Don't kid yourself.
And yes....there are still 'fakes'. But look out for that 'falls off the back of the truck'. They have to eat too and you get real stuff quite often.

It's one thing to mfg in China, it's a whole nuther animal buying (known) stolen goods..... and knock-offs are just as bad, if not worse.

For the beer drinkers, an unusual can opener with finger holes for, you know, ease of use...

Just got the call from the gun store. The rifle is there so I'll be picking it up after work. I'll see if they have some magpul sights there.

If you really live in El Mirage you should be able to heat it up in your back yard eh?

What again

Go get a CCW permit and you will no longer have any delays. I know we don't need a CCW here in AZ, but the information is well worth the time. I go every few years just to get updated on the laws and political environment which influence how the laws are enforced........or not enforced.

Remington R51 Gen2; still broken. Why anyone would buy this piece of crap is beyond me, not to mention the horrendous take down procedure.
